Delete your SahaFit account
You can delete your account and your data at any time, from the app or the website.
From the app or saha-fit.com
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your profile.
- Tap “Delete my account”, type your email address and confirm.
Without access to your account
Write to us at contact@saha-fit.com from your account's address: we delete your account within 30 days and confirm it to you.
What is deleted, right away
Your profile and all the data linked to your account: workouts and sets, runs, programs, favorites, progress, AI coach conversations, settings and notifications.
What is kept
Payment invoices, which the law requires us to keep, at our payment provider. Purchases made in an app store stay in your account history with that store. Technical backups disappear on their own within 30 days.
What about your subscription?
A subscription taken on the website or in the Android app is cancelled automatically. A subscription taken in an app store is cancelled in that store.
